Probate is the judicial process whereby a will is proved in a court and is accepted as a valid and true last testament of the deceased. If there is not a will the estate is settled according to the laws of intestacy in the state of residence of the deceased at time of death. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel within 24 hours or to show up for your scheduled meeting will result in a $50 cancellation fee.
